  1. I am afraid you missed a point. You always cared for your vendors and trusted them. They in turn gave you the selfless best . I remember the days when I was a young budding entrepreneur, who was a vendor to you in early nineties .Many a times, we overlooked profit to give the best without making noise about it. Have designed low cost, high quality safety substitutes to supply you products at the lowest possible rates, without you asking for it. Have seen many of your vendors happily doing such good deeds. You have created loyalty among your vendors because of your sincere ,cool and honest approach. Learned a lot from you sir observing you and tried to emulate your successful approach. Now, that has become a habit for our organisation without us knowing. You are presented as a case study to students whenever and wherever I am invited to take sessions at B-Schools, mainly your caring leadership, something which they have not heard of in their MBA studies. All the best and congrats to you and your team for this achievement. I urge you to write an autobiography for the benefit of the present day “management”graduates who have been trained to kill and win.
