Small adjustment , Big gain

Life style diseases like Diabetes, blood pressure, back pain/neck pain are common today among youngsters. It is unfortunate that even though this can be prevented by making slight changes in life style, the present generation is not inclined to do those. As per the World Medical Council if the youngsters in this digital world do certain life style adjustments, they can prevent many such ailments including cancer.Further, this will ensure a happy and healthy life.


In this digital life style, it is imperative that we exercise daily to nullify the bad effects of sedentary habits. The best and easy method is to walk 30 – 45 minutes at least 5 days a week. It is also necessary not to sit continuously for more than one hour at a stretch using your system or mobile. Take a break to move around for few minutes before continuing the works.


A diet with more vegetables and fruits are ideal to give your body necessary vitamins and minerals. Simultaneously, add protein foods like pulses, milk , fish or lean meat, reducing the intake of fats and carbs. Intake of sugar and salt should also be reduced , if not avoided.

Early to bed and early to rise

Early to bed , and early to rise makes a man healthy ,wealthy and wise ‘ This quote by Benjamin Franklin is famous. This habit will keep you healthy since you will have good sleep pattern once practiced. As this will give you more time in the day for your plan and activities, this makes you wealthy and wise. Further, this will increase your body resistance to diseases.                                                                                                 These small adjustments in your daily routine can change your life and make you healthy and happy.
